Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days run October 6 and 7, 2026, and the Samsung Frame TV is one of the headline discounts. Coverage this week describes the 2026 Frame Pro as about $800 off and 2025 Frame models as up to $400 off. Before you buy, here is how to tell whether the price is actually good.
Why "$800 off" can be misleading
Frame list prices are high, and Samsung has discounted them on a near-constant cycle through 2026 (see our Labor Day sale guide). A banner that says "save $800" measures against list price. What matters is the gap between today's price and the recent low for that exact size.
Reports during the lead-up to this event put a 55″ 2025 Frame near $698, which is about the same figure we saw in clearance coverage before the event. That suggests the Prime price matches the existing floor rather than beating it. Treat that as a reported snapshot, not a guarantee.
The 5-minute checklist
| Check | What to look for | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Model code | LS03F (2025) or LS03H (2026) | Older model is fine for Art Mode at a real discount; do not pay 2026 prices for it |
| Size | 43″ and 50″ are mostly 2025 stock in the US | Check the size you actually need, not the headline discount |
| Seller | Amazon, Samsung.com, Best Buy, Costco | Compare all four; Samsung and Best Buy often price-match the event |
| Bundles | Free soundbar or gift card | Value the extra at its real street price, not its list price |
| Return window | Typically 30 days; holiday extensions vary | Confirm before buying, then test Art Mode at home |
- Read the model code. Our LS03F clearance guide explains what you give up with last year's model.
- Price-check the same size at two other retailers, and look at a price-history tracker if you use one.
- Value the bundle honestly. A free soundbar is only a saving if you wanted one.
- Decide on the bezel now. Bezels are sold separately; see the bezel buying guide.
- Plan the mount. A slim wall mount ships in the box; see the wall mount guide.
Which size gives the best value?
The largest dollar discounts are on the biggest sizes, but a bigger TV is not automatically a better deal. Choose the size for your wall and seating distance first. Our 2026 sizes guide covers 43″ and 50″ availability, and the small-room guide covers 32″ versus 43″.
Should you wait for Black Friday?
Possibly, but the Frame is rarely out of stock, and discounts have repeated through the year. If you find a price at or near the recent low, buying now means you can have art on the wall for the holidays. If the deal is only a smaller step off a price you have seen before, waiting costs little. Black Friday pricing is not confirmed yet, so we will cover it closer to the date.
Have art ready on day one
The free Art Store covers the basics, but custom art makes the TV yours. Generate a few 3840×2160 images before the box arrives. Try "flat, edge-to-edge warm autumn landscape in muted amber and sage, soft painterly brushwork, no frame, no border" for fall. See our first-week setup checklist for what to do once it is on the wall.
